14-Day Return Policy

At Greyant Parts Kenya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Custom or special-order parts
• Electrical components that have been installed
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Opened fluids, oils, or chemicals

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at support@greyantparts.co.ke
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different part, please contact us at support@greyantparts.co.ke.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
